Description Pietrodn 2007-10-06 17:25:31 UTC
Today we had a vandalbot page-move attack on it.wikibooks. Could you please restrict page move to autoconfirmed users (users registered since 4 days)?
Note that this restriction is already operative on it.wikipedia.

Thank you
Pietrodn

Changed.

    'itwikibooks' => array( 'user' => array( 'patrol' => true, 'move' => false ),
                            'autoconfirmed' => array( 'move' => true ),
     ),

Are you sure that it makes sense that newbies may not move pages but mark edits as patrolled?

You're right! I'm going to begin a new talk on our village pump for restricting the "mark-as-patrolled" function.
