The title of the article wraps, and the second line is much too close to the first.

Tweaked MonoBook skin styles in r32382 to space this out a bit more evenly.

Old Standard, Cologne Blue, and Nostalgia skins were pretty much ok.

Modern cuts off long titles in a horrible way yet. :)

Note, this is bug 2013.  A more general solution (doing away with ems for line-height) would be preferable to this.
