Can someone change the default interface for ff.wikipedia.org into French?

I'm involved in Wikipedias in African languages, I set up the Wikipedia in Fulfulde 2 years ago, but now I realize that I should have asked to have the interface in French a long time before. Now I'm actually in touch with someone who will probably start to contribute a lot - but he doesn't speak English very well.

User can set the user interface language in preferences too...

The majority of the Wolof speaking community is much more capable in French than in English. Changing the interface language will attract many more potential contributors, and eventually the interface will be in Fulfulde. If we don't change it, this Wikipedia will wither like it has for the past 2 years.

This isn't as much a shell bug as it is a localization bug: ffwiki is the most active project, but if others are created, they would have the same rationale for using french, as would outside mediawiki wikis.

Fallback language set to French with r25721.
