When moving an article the new article location is added into the category. However it is always added using the article name, and does not sort it according to the sorting key given in the category link. After the next edit, including an edit without any change (and thus not creating any entry in the history) the category gets updated.
This bug is "half" fixed; see: http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Gangleri/tests/bugzilla/01119 'A bugzilla 01119' was created and moved to 'B bugzilla 01119' http://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category:Bugzilla&action=purge action=purge was enough to see 'B bugzilla 01119' at letter B *no* "minor edit was required any more. What is still required is to "clear the cache for the category page". best regards reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]

I'm almost certain this is not currently a problem, except for manually-specified keys (which may include {{PAGENAME}} or whatever, and remain wrong on that basis). That is, I believe that a category entered as [[Category:Foo]], with no piping, will be corrected on move. Is this wrong?

I can confrik this see the entry for the page After move « bugzilla 000119 » at http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Bugzilla It moved from Bebefore move « bugzilla 000119 » corectly see also http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log/move

I can confirm that it appears to work as expected. When I looked, it was categorized as "After move ...", and then when I moved it to "After move 2 ...", it immediately updated. Marking WORKSFORME.
