Description Casey Brown 2007-08-19 23:30:25 UTC
Per a discussion on foundation-l, a new mailing list "Community-l" should be created.

Thanks!

http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/foundation-l/2007-August/032290.html is the start of the thread.

There appears to still be support for this. New thread starting at http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/foundation-l/2008-June/043553.html

Assigning to Cary. As far as I know he's the man in charge of the creation of new mailing lists.

Though, I imagine his first question will be who to make the list mods, which isn't clear from the links provided.

WikimediaMeta-l will be used for this purpose, as brought up in the linked discussion.
