Please localize [[Special:SiteMatrix]]. The names of the sister projects and the word "Language" can be easily added as new system messages. Eventually, the names of columns are displayed in the language of every wiki instead of only in English currently.
What do you mean? What needs to be localised? The sitematrix is solely the name of the language in what I belive is the native language and the official project name. The official project shouldn't really be translated if it needn't be, especially since the translated project name may conflict with the interwiki code (Vicipedia (sp) conflicts with v:).

If there will be conflicts then this shouldn't be done.
Done with r24622 for the table headings and a new header for the other Wikimedia wikis. But I think the projectnames (Wikipedia...) should stay on their canonical names.
