I moved a page "South African Telephone Numbering Plan" to "South African telephone numbering plan" on the English Wikipedia. When I reached the move succeeded page, it stated that "The page "$1" (links) has been moved to "$2"." The "$1" and "$2" link to "$1" and "$2" articles. The statement should have been "The page "South African Telephone Numbering Plan" (links) has been moved to "South African telephone numbering plan"." and links to both articles.
(In reply to comment #0) > "The page "$1" (links) has been moved to "$2"." > The "$1" and "$2" link to "$1" and "$2" articles. Normally, $1 and $2 are substituted by the correct article titles. However, this is not happening for some reason, most likely a wfMsg() call without the second and third parameter.
This works for me in r23501. [[en:]] should upgrade to a newer version.
Apparently the problem is in [[en:MediaWiki:Pagemovedtext]]. I've reopened this bug an brought up the issue on the associated talk page, referring to this bug.
