(Using uselang=en makes the day of the week go away, so the bug is hidden.)

I think this is a timezone problem. The day (25 or 26 in this case) is correctly timezone-adjusted, but the weekday (Monday/Tuesday) isn't. This only happens with early morning edits because later edits are Tuesdays in both timezones. BTW, could you verify whether the weekday Recentchanges gives for the 22nd is correct?

All I know is here is the names of the days in Chinese:

It's seems this is the same issue as bug 9325, I am going to make this bug as a DUPLICATED bug.
