There are several messages to fixing some errors like the incorrect settings for the 'ipboptions', thus the block time cannot be selectable, this attachment is to fixing several errors for the message file, and also this have several fixes also.

For your information:

1 messages of 936 in zh-classical don't use some variables while en uses them:
* blockedtext
