Hi, I've posted my problem already to [[commons:COM:HD#DjVu controls and page extraction]], but got no answer. I've uploaded the DjVu file given above to the Commons, but neither do the the DjVu controls appear nor does ProofreadPage access work from the English Wikisource. It's almost a week now since I uploaded this file and the situation hasn't changed, so I suspect some kind of bug. The error message associated with page access is the following: "Error creating thumbnail: Unable to fetch XML for DjVu file" I get precisely the same error message when I click the image link on http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Page:On the expression of a number in the form

As already mentioned in #10061, a reupload under a different filename solved the problem. I'm changing description, URL and severity.
This problem hasnt been seen in a long time.
