The text <math>(a,b)=\begin{cases}1,&\mbox{ si }z^2=ax^2+by^2\mbox{ a une solution pas triviale } (x,y,z)\in K^3 \mbox;\\-1,&\mbox{ autrefois}\end{cases}</math> that works in wikipedia.de does not work in wikipedia.fr I could not say that it is a bug. Use <math>(a,b)=\begin{cases}1,&\mbox{ si }z^2=ax^2+by^2\mbox{ a une solution pas triviale } (x,y,z)\in K^3 \mbox{;}\\-1,&\mbox{ autrefois}\end{cases}</math> with '\mbox{;}' instead of '\mbox;'. Your version does not work when I test it on French, English, or German Wikipedias.
