After the code for this special page was made when bug 9508 was resolved (thanks
martin and rob), it now needs to be implemented on the Hebrew Wikipedia where
they would *really* appreciate the ability to use it.

It's in trunk and will go live whenever we finally update the live code, like
all the other features committed in the last month or what have you.
