Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

I think it would be much more economical if you can allow hyperlinking for
images. It doesn't even have to link outside of Wiki, just link to another
article or another part of an article. One of the places I'm planning on using
it (if you approve this request) is on the Paint.NET Wikibook
[http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Paint.NET]. I would like the image on the title
page to link to the Contents.

I think this is a variant of bug 539 ("Allow images that link somewhere other
than the image page"), so I will mark this as a dupe of that.
