I think it would be much more economical if you can allow hyperlinking for
images. It doesn't even have to link outside of Wiki, just link to another
article or another part of an article. One of the places I'm planning on using
it (if you approve this request) is on the Paint.NET Wikibook
[http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Paint.NET]. I would like the image on the title
page to link to the Contents.

I think this is a variant of bug 539 ("Allow images that link somewhere other
than the image page"), so I will mark this as a dupe of that.
