Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description brianna.laugher 2006-06-19 12:20:55 UTC
SUBPAGENAME and BASEPAGENAME don't appear to work when the basepagename has
spaces in it.

Wait, it also doesn't appear to work when the subpage has spaces in it ( )... or even when
there's no spaces at all ( )...

Am I doing something seriously wrong or is this not currently working?

The main namespace doesn't have subpages enabled. So those magic words print
full strings.
Comment 2 brianna.laugher 2006-06-19 12:23:41 UTC
I actually want to use it for the template namespace in Commons. Does this have
it enabled? How can I figure out which namespaces are enabled?

Also Wikibooks uses subpages heavily in the main namespace - see eg. .
