Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Since previously "Wikipedia" was hardwired in LanguageFA.php, the links to
Project:Pages have become obsolete through Persian Wikipedia and the related
websites. 

Example:
All the existing links point to:
http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%88%DB%8C%DA%A9%DB%8C%E2%80%8C%D9%BE%D8%AF%DB%8C%D8%A7:%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%AF%DB%8C_%DA%A9%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A8%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86
But the page is at:
http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%AF%DB%8C_%DA%A9%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A8%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86

This is because {{SITENAME}} is not properly set in Wikipedia and others. The
current value for the Persian Wikipdia is "Wikipedia", whereas it should be
"ویکی‌پدیا".
