For example, when I type {{Special:Newimages/3}}

it shows 50 newest images 

It show 50 images whatever the number I type in.

This problem show up since 1.18

on Wikipedia(1.18wmf1), Mediawiki(1.18wmf1) and my own wiki.moegirl.org(1.18).
