LanguagePt.php currently use:
 NS_USER             => 'Usuário',
 NS_USER_TALK        => 'Usuário_Discussão',

Wich is the brazilian translation. Instead it should use the commented
translations:

    NS_USER             => 'Utilizador', # 2
    NS_USER_TALK        => 'Utilizador_Discussão', # 3

Would need an update of wikimedia servers first though.

LanguagePt.php is used in projects from wikimedia that accept all varieties of 
Portuguese. Then, it should not be rewritten in Portuguese from Portugal. Please, 
all the changes should be undone.

where four language variants are / will be implemented:
"variant=sr-ec", "variant=sr-jc", "variant=sr-el", "variant=sr-jl"

Clicking on the first four tabs will show four sets on namespaces, etc.
Is this a suitable solution for Portuguese projects? The user interface allows
two language versions already "pt - Português" and "pt-br - Português do Brasil".
