Semicascade means admins can edit the page, but autoconfirmed users can edit the templates and files in the page.

Hi Phuntsok! Sorry that nobody has taken a look at this report yet and given feedback.

I could not find the term "Semicascade", only "Semiprotect".
I assume this is a request for a new feature?

Could you explain what exactly makes this request different from bug 14358?
