Compare the wiki links in https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24984#c11 (which are not hyperlinked) with the wiki links in the next comment https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24984#c12 (which are hyperlinked).
