Steps to Reproduce ::

1) Select a random page
2) Edit a section
3) Click to create a table and enter the col and row
4) Use tab to move to Insert and press enter

Expected Outcome::
class="wikitable" should not be duplicated

Strange as this may sound, this has the same underlying cause as bug 21484: pressing the Enter key on a button somehow registers twice.
