When adding or removing a category with the AJAX category adder/remover, the displayed form will not allow the use of the <enter> key in the edit summary field to confirm the change. The "Add" or "Save" button respectively has to be clicked.

Current behaviour hampers usability and accessibility, and is inconsistent with the behaviour of the regular edit screen, which does allow 'save on <enter>'.
