please move all "作者:" to "Author:" on Chinese Wikisource.

Can you clarify -- is a namespace name or alias requested here, or just some batch renaming?

Batch renaming, nearly 3000 pages. and please redirect the old pages to new pages.

Should be pretty straightforward building a list and running through batchMove.php

Should be marked as FIXED now. An "Author" namespace is there and "作者" is one of its aliases and namespaceDupes.php has been run. bug 35714.
