Using Skin Cologne Blue, the Print Preview for large, multi-page articles contains blank pages.  This does not occur when other skins are used.  I experienced this problem on both my locally installed MediaWiki and on WikiPedia with IE6.

Still borked on IE8. Reproduced on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Deletion_review?useskin=cologneblue

The Print Preview did work correctly with IE 8 (and Cologne Blue skin), it does not work correctly with IE 6 or IE 7.
In a corporate enviroment it is not always possible to change browers or brower versions.
