Description Stephen Kalb 2007-05-13 19:51:28 UTC
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shadowrun_%28Sega%29&curid=3568024&diff=130587467&oldid=128892795

The first edit, a simple disambiguation link fix, actually shows up in the
article. The second, replacing an entire paragraph with "7", does not.

It's kind of alarming to see a vandalistic paragraph replaced, move to revert
it, and realize that what the diff shows doesn't actually show in.

-Occurs in:
Firefox: See "7", copy-paste shows 7
IE7: See all erroneous characters: 7

Only happens for diffs ending on that particular version: combining a later diff
removes the erroneous phantom edit.

Presumably a bad cached diff. One wonders how these things crop up.

This example is no longer valid, it now works. The general problem remains, presumably.
