We got bug 9814 yesterday with translations for same new messages. I will mark
this bug as dupe, if there are errors please file a new bug. Thanks.

There's have some commit conflicts for the previous bug 9814, the patch
attached is including the contents in attachment in the comment #1, some
messages modifications are removed because they are already in the message
array, those are including 'enotif_impersonal_salutation', the other
modification just a pharsal changes. Anyway, thanks Alexsh for providing the
patch file on commiting the Chinese (PRC) and Chinese (Taiwan) languages.
