If one enables "enhanced recent changes" in preferences no "mark as patrolled"
is possible on articles with several changes.

This could be easily implemented by adding a link to:
...index.php?title=<page-name>&action=markpatrolled&rcid=<curid> (when you have
followed the link to the page with several changes
...index.php?title=<page-name>&curid=<curid>&diff=<diff>&oldid=<oldid>)

When following the link (x modifications), you will see all
the differences together. So we will have to find all the rcid
to mark them as patrolled.

You are right - that possibly makes this a non-easy change request.

Nevertheless it is imho an important one, since patrolling is usually done after
several changes and one usually only wants to patroll the last change.
