I could not easily reproduce this error but made some code changes which should solve that issue. Is there anybody who could confirm that the latest version (0.9.8 or after) does no longer produce that warning? (download from [http://semeb.com/dpldemo the dpldemo website]).
I can't confirm using 1.7.5 (r46875). Seems to be long since gone. Closing as WORKSFORME.
