Description Dan Jacobson 2007-01-25 19:15:27 UTC One downloads, untars, and does cd mediawiki-1.9.0, and sees a Makefile, and as a habit when offered candy by strangers, just does $ make make: *** No rule to make target `Test.php', needed by `test'.
