Could someone please change the following namespaces for the nds-nl-wiki:

*Speciaol > Speciaal
*Categorie > Kattegerie (also: Overleg categorie > Overleg kattegerie)

The reason for the name change is the simple fact that this is the correct 
spelling. "Speciaol" is used in some dialects but not in the dialect in which the 
interface is written. The word "categorie" is pronounced like "kattegerie" and 
according the spelling system it should be written as such.

Fixed in 18203. Kept the old namespaces as aliases, so old links should work.
