As a follow up to bug #4776 and bug #4937 de.wikipedia needs a:

Disallow: /wiki/Wikipedia:Qualitätssicherung/

in http://de.wikipedia.org/robots.txt. Qualitätssicherung (english "quality assurance", a more friendly way of
deletion requests with an emphasis on constructive critics) is heavily trolled by random persons that are not
interested in quality assurance but promoting their POV. Especially people writing articles about themselves and
who's articles get reviewed there (if they can be somehow kept) need to be protected from their own comments coming
up in Google. ;-) So QA would work best if random people don't jump that frequently on these debates (especially
valid if people google after a topic that came up in the press).
