Gentlemen, consider the categories starting with "CTCSS" at the bottom of
http://radioscanningtw.jidanni.org/index.php?title=Special:Categories&limit=500&offset=0
Well, how is one to make a link to just that group without hard wiring
limit=... and offset=... ?

Perhaps you say why of course:
http://radioscanningtw.jidanni.org/index.php?Special:Allpages&namespace=14&from=CTCSS
which merely lacks a working limit= capability.

But bad news, due to prejudice against "empty" categories, nothing
exists there.
