In keeping with renaming all "Image" references to "Files", Uncategorized images
should be Uncategorized files.

Whenever you get around to it...

Have a look at http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special_page_names for coming new
names/translations

The best approach would be to change the default message text, and introduce the
new title as a special page alias.

Shouldn't this be an easy fix?
It is just a nomenclature update...

This has been fixed. Between having aliases, and Image has been named to File (UncategorizedImages now redirects to UncategorizedFiles)
