When a table is added in the Hebrew Wikipedia, I'd expect the horizontal arrow element to appear to the right-hand side of the table and to point leftwards.

Now it appears inside the table on the left-hand side.

Checked the fix in betalabs - the horizontal arrow reflect rtl and inserting columns is correct for rtl.
