We really need to be able to better organize the wiki pages, group of pages and subgroups of pages in the generated PDFs. There is both the need to have single wiki pages mapped to whole chapters (bug 28066) and the need to split a PDF into sections formed by many chapters (each of them being formed by either a single page or a groups of pages).
