Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

In order for remote debugging to function properly, and to simplify various debugging scenarios, all files that are placed into /var/www/w should be accessible from the host. It would be fine if they are copies, as long as provisioning updates them in both locations.
.ERB files are not a good in some cases, since they are templates, not the results of running them.

Creating such files would allow us to set up IDE mappings of the server to host dirs and allow in-depth debugging.
