Description Kunal Mehta (Legoktm) 2014-09-09 22:41:06 UTC ApiQueryExtLinksUsage::prepareProtocols() and getProtocolPrefix() are both reading from $wgUrlProtocols directly. They're both static since they're being used in ApiQueryExternalLinks as well.
