This image is supposed to have a transparent centre. The creator reports that
"Firefox renders SVG to PNG just fine" and as you can see from the upload
history, they've tried many times to get the right rendering in MediaWiki. I
will advise them to download the MediaWiki image-rendering software to check
their SVGs in future, but it would be nice of course if that wasn't necessary.
