Attempting to use Special:Ipblocklist no longer works if 
using a database prefix. The error returns is as follows:

Database error
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may 
indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted 
database query was: 
(SQL query hidden)
from within function "IndexPager::reallyDoQuery 
(IPBlocklistPager)". MySQL returned error "1051: Unknown 
table 'ipblocks' (localhost)".
