At some point after 30th June we will have to start migration of mail, redirects and domain.
I'd like to ask you for a work flow for this - how do we want to do it?
It might make sense to keep mails and redirects until the last projects (OSM and Merlbot) have migrated, too.
WMDE plans to finally turn off toolserver at 1st September so we should probably do the migration in the End of August or something.

Also it is the question if you want to get the backups of our user data which would take some time to transfer - I expect it to be roughly 1TB (not sure because we backup the user dbs too).

Additionally it would be great to know who will do the migration in person.

Added OSM redirects today. I needed rewrites in our central nginx config that wont come with the regular redirects we place in the user homes.
So you'll have to implement those, too.
