There's not much we can do here. The template will have to be adjusted in such a way it renders nicely on mobile.

Various long term issues here:
* Inline styles need to be deprecated (see bug 35704)
* Tables don't work well in mobile. (see bug 64577)
* You can't write mobile specific templates (see bug 65498)
* You can't write mobile specific css (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Requests_for_comment/Allow_styling_in_templates)
