I tested Huggle 3 and most of the bug are still remained! 1-Persian translation doesn't imported 2-Diff window should be RTL 3-History, User Info should be RTL 4-Top-toolbar should be RTL In attached screen-shot Red Rectangles should be RTL

But siebrand wasn't only in IRC for 25 days... If we want an update, we'll have to go to #mediawiki-i18n and ask Nikerabbit to do so. (That's what I did for the last update, the one after the initial one).
