The background icon of the talk box on Special:UserProfile is misaligned in RTL wikis.

This is the box that displays the message mobile-frontend-profile-usertalk.

It probably requires the adaptation of less/specials/userprofile.less to ResourceLoader auto-flipping, but I am traveling and don't have convenient access to Gerrit :)
