The attached patch removes redundant messages from:

Af, Ar, Az, Be, Br, Bs, Ca, Csb, Cs, Cv, Cy, Da, Eo, Es, Et, Eu, Fi, Fr, Fur,
Hi, Hu, Id, Is, It, Ja, La, Nds, Nl, Os, Pl, Pt, Ru, Sk, Sq, Sv, Tr, Tyv, Xal

More patches will follow the next days.

Some of these redundant messages should be renamed, not deleted. I will rename
them in a minute.

Please list the messages that should be renamed so I can attend it in my next
patches.

"nstap-wp" was renamed to "nstab-project", and "wikipediapage" was renamed to
"projectpage". It is now done in all the language files. I will handle your
patch soon.

Removed the messages "poweredby", "printsubtitle" and "newusersonly" from all
the language files.

this patch removes redundant messages for several languages

Redundant/unused messages have been mostly removed, except some tranlsations for
extensions.
