str:
- add 3 sections with 'foo' heading to a talk page. put two screenfulls in each.
- observe that #foo, #foo_2, #foo_3 takes you to these sections
- click edit for the last one
- make an edit, save

actual:
- you're taken to #foo

expected:
- you're taken to #foo_3

Is this is about "classic" editing, not using Visual Editor? Probably happening on every wiki, but on which site did you see this problem?
