Not convinced that this is something we should fix – the whole point of browser zoom is that VE shouldn't care what the zoom level is, and should be consistent. If you zoom out to the level that things are too small, then you won't be easily able to click them. If you zoom in, they will get bigger.

Unless I'm missing something?
