Steps to reproduce:

This issue was found specifically on this page for the second image:

The original settings for the image was Right,Basic and Border.

When I changed the image position to "Centre", it appeared distorted with irregular highlight box for the image

This doesn't happen when the image is by itself on the page (or inside a bunch of paragraphs) so I am pretty sure this is due to the fact the image is within two PRE tags.

No, definitely still happening.

Issue seems to be that the centre-floated image is moved down by the lack of space to below the right-floated image, but the document's length is not extended (so it runs off the edge of the window) and the shield remains in place (so you can click on the image and go to the File: page)…
