When I try to upload images I get the following errors:

You have to disable the open_basedir option in PHP or uploads 
won't work. (Notice it's listed as the reason in the error 
messages you quoted.)

Where can i find the option to disable open_basedir?

You have tried looking up the error messages in Google and 
other web search engines? Normally you should do this before 
reporting a bug, and you certainly should do it before asking 
for support in a closed bug report.

I'm sorry. I use a free hosting site so I am not sure I have access to the file
you speak of.
