Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Zoran Obradovic 2006-05-24 16:05:22 UTC History and recent changes take timestamps in yyyymmddhhmmss format, yet there is no way to include (or subst) the current time in that format on a wiki page.
