Bug 5450 had too many attachments and comments, so here is a new bug. First updates for trunk and REL1_6 are coming soon.

Updating "mainpagedocfooter" due to r14329. 6. Updating "uploadnewversion" due to r14338. 7. Creating the function LanguageHe::convertPlural to allow using the form of "two items" in Hebrew, which is needed in some words (year, shoe, etc.), and implementing the new feature in "viewcount".

Bug 5156, Bug 5450 and this bug are now closed, as I now have SVN access and can directly maintain and upate the Hebrew file. Thanks to Niklas Laxström, Rob Church and everyone for commiting the fixes I've sent to keep the Hebrew file up-to-date.
